Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2025

1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading ShipKit, you agree to these Terms of Service. ShipKit is a product of Full Optimization, operated by Alex Morgan ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. License

When you purchase ShipKit, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code according to the tier you purchased:

  • Starter ($99)Personal use only. 1 project.
  • Developer ($199)Unlimited personal projects. 1 developer.
  • Agency ($349)Unlimited projects including client work. Up to 5 developers.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code with third parties
  • Publish ShipKit as an open-source project
  • Use it for more projects or developers than your license allows
  • Claim ownership or authorship of ShipKit itself

4. Refund Policy

Because ShipKit is a digital product delivered with immediate access to the complete source code, purchases are non-refundable.

If you experience any installation or technical issue, please contact us first at support@full-optimization.com — we'll do everything we reasonably can to help you get ShipKit running successfully.

5. Updates

Updates are delivered as new ZIP downloads via your purchase receipt (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, depending on where you bought). The duration of updates depends on your license tier: 6 months (Starter), 1 year (Developer), or lifetime (Agency).

6. Disclaimer

ShipKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of the code in production environments. You are responsible for your own deployment, security, and compliance.
